1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the f111 website accessible at https://f111.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the f111 platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access f111 services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's f111 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by f111 subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, as distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations.

2 Eligibility

Use of the f111 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. f111 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement applies to all players regardless of the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of f111, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the f111 platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative suspension.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or under the direction of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of f111 services, Players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. f111 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the f111 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where f111 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or game rounds, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-step verification codes. Players must not share account access with any third party. f111 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials. Players must notify f111 immediately via [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

f111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Players may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national ID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at f111's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until satisfactory documentation is provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at f111's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. f111 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which f111 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via card methods may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. f111 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where a transaction is flagged for fraud review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. Players may not withdraw funds that represent unfulfilled wagering requirements on bonus balances. f111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f111 may offer bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f111 prohibits any strategy or pattern of play that it determines, at its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing opposing bets across accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using automated software to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, f111 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the Player's account.

5.4 f111's Right to Modify Promotions

f111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled before a Player has fully utilised it, f111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from the modification or cancellation of any promotional offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the f111 platform are provided by independently certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's random number generator (RNG) is subject to independent audit and certification. f111 does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified game round.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the applicable game or sports market. In the event of a technical error during a game round, f111 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all staked funds to the Player's account. Settled bets may not be reversed except where an error in settlement is confirmed and corrected by f111.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. f111 reserves the right to suspend any market, limit maximum stake amounts, or void bets where it determines that market integrity has been compromised.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

f111 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any game, market, or Player account. Where a winning amount exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the excess will not be paid and will be forfeited. Maximum payout limits applicable to specific games or markets will be disclosed where relevant.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an advantage not intended by the game design.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider after using the corresponding funds on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f111 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the f111 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of f111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f111 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit Players to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the platform.

The f111 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of f111. Players may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of f111.

9 Privacy & Data

f111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f111 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions and transactions. Personal data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. f111 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f111 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

f111's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their f111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f111 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. f111 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by f111

f111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or where account suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of an account, f111 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, f111 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals. Where no violation is found, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their f111 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, f111 will process any remaining eligible real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests will be processed separately under f111's Responsible Gaming policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the f111 platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the platform and contact f111 support to arrange account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and f111 arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Player's use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through f111's internal complaints procedure.

The determination of f111 in respect of game outcome disputes shall, in the absence of demonstrable technical error, be final.
